Margaret Wang is a managing partner at Recharge Capital where she focuses on investing in and building value-chain aligned businesses along the firm's key investment themes. In this capacity she serves as the CEO of Rhea, an ecosystem-first reproductive health company incubated by Recharge Capital that elevates the end-to-end patient experience in today's fragmented fertility market.

Margaret has over a decade and a half of experience in strategic planning and execution and a proven track record of launching and managing operations across different regions. Prior to Recharge/Rhea, Margaret was Head of Bridgewater Associates Singapore, where she established and led the firm’s first international hub office and drove new market development. She previously created and led the Product Partnerships team at Squarespace, diversifying their revenue through integrating with strategic technology partners to better equip businesses on the platform, and started her career in finance focused on building new business lines for Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch. Margaret serves on the boards of Creative Time and the Harvard Club of New York City, as well as on Tate’s Asia Pacific Acquisition Committee and Guggenheim’s Asia Circle.

Margaret holds an AB in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
